PQQ
PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline quinone) is a compound found naturally in many foods and in the soil. PQQ was recently discovered and researchers are still finding new evidence of it being beneficial in many aspects of our lives. The dosage is very small but it packs a big punch. It has been shown to increase energy levels and extend life spans.
